Terms of Service — TBT Tools

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TBT Tools (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Summary

TBT Tools provides access to U.S. mobile network connectivity and related tooling (e.g., HTTP/SOCKS proxies, session controls) intended for lawful quality assurance, ad verification, testing, and other legitimate business purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You represent that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and contractual obligations.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.
• Notify us immediately on Telegram at https://t.me/morko_proxy of any suspected compromise or unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Without limitation, the following are prohibited:

• Spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk messaging.
• Credential stuffing, account takeover, fraud, or payment abuse.
• Scraping in violation of target site terms or applicable law.
• High-risk activities (DDoS, port scanning, malware, botnets).
• Illegal content or activities, including CSAM or IP infringement.
• Sanctioned-country use or use by restricted entities/persons.

5. Plans, Billing, and Taxes

• Prices and features for plans are listed on our website and may change prospectively.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are prepaid and non-transferable. See our Refund Policy.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for due amounts. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Trials and Fair Use

Trials are for evaluation, limited in duration, traffic, and concurrency. We may revoke trials or enforce rate limits to protect network integrity.

7. Availability and Changes

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

8. Data and Privacy

We process limited connection metadata to operate the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect, retention, and your rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, documentation, logos, and content are owned by TBT Tools or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service during your subscription.

10. Feedback

If you provide ideas or suggestions, you grant TBT Tools a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

11. Termination

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current term unless otherwise stated.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment, or network abuse.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TBT Tools WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COVER, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO TBT Tools IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TBT Tools and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

15. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts located in California, USA. You and TBT Tools waive class actions and agree to resolve disputes individually.

16. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or Telegram.
