Refund Policy — TBT Tools

TBT Tools is a usage-based network service. We provide trials and tooling to help you evaluate before purchasing. Refund requests are accepted only within 48 hours of purchase and must be initiated via Telegram.

Trials

• Free trials are provided for evaluation only and may be rate-limited. We may revoke trial access at our discretion.

Paid Plans

• Unless stated otherwise at purchase, all fees are prepaid and non-refundable after 48 hours from the time of purchase.
• Within 48 hours, in cases of documented, persistent Service unavailability caused by our infrastructure (not target sites, ISP blocks, or your configuration), we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
• Abuse, AUP violations, or policy-circumvention void eligibility for refunds or credits.

How to Request

Message us on Telegram at https://t.me/morko_proxy within 48 hours of purchase with:

• Account email and plan details.
• Timestamps (UTC), endpoints used, and error logs.
• Steps to reproduce and confirmation of client/network configuration.

Processing

If approved, refunds or credits are issued to the original payment method or as account balance, typically within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
