Acceptable Use Policy — TBT Tools

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all access and use of TBT Tools. Violations may lead to rate-limiting, suspension, or termination.

Allowed Uses

• Quality assurance and testing of your own products and properties.
• Ad verification and compliance review consistent with applicable policies and law.
• Website responsiveness, localization, and payments testing.
• Research and automation that respects target site terms and legal frameworks.

Prohibited Activities

• Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk communications.
• Credential stuffing, brute force, account takeover, or unauthorized access.
• Fraud, scams, fake engagement, or payment abuse.
• DDoS, traffic floods, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or malware distribution.
• Content violations including CSAM, illegal content, or IP infringement.
• Violating sanctions or export restrictions; use by restricted persons/entities.
• Interfering with or degrading the normal operation of target services.
• Bypassing paywalls or DRM without authorization.

Network Conduct

• Respect robots.txt and rate limits set by target services whenever applicable.
• Use reasonable request rates and concurrency; avoid excessive retries.
• Do not attempt to subvert rotation controls or spoof other customers.

Enforcement

• We monitor aggregate health metrics and limited connection metadata for abuse detection.
• We may rate-limit, pause, or terminate Service to protect network integrity or comply with law.
• We may report egregious abuse to relevant platforms or authorities where appropriate.

Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse originating from our network, message us on Telegram at https://t.me/morko_proxy with timestamps (UTC), target host, and relevant headers/logs. We respond promptly to legitimate reports.
